Car ferry travel is fast and convenient from the French port of St. Malo and the UK ports of Wemouth and Poole as well as an overnight ferry from Portsmouth. For visiting yachtsmen and motor-boaters there are excellent marina facilities and yacht clubs in St. Peter Port.
