There are so many things to do and places to go in Barcelona, that to list them all would be crazy, so here is a list of some of the must-do things for any visitor to this wonderful city. Before doing anything on the list, be sure to watch belongings in Barcelona as it is the pickpocket capital of the world. As long as one stays alert and vigilant everything should be fine. Other than that, everything about the city is enchanting.
1) Take a stroll on La Rambla
Barcelona's famous walkway bustles with thousands of people, artists and mime artists, human statues and skilled performers, birds and open stalls of animals for sale, restaurants and bars galore, boulevards and terraces to have a drink or a bite to eat and much more.
2) Visit Gaudi's buildings
The famous modernist architect designed some of the most amazing buildings in the city, and certainly one of the most spectacular in the world, La Sagrada Familia. Visiting Gaudi's creations are a must-see, including La Sagrada Familia and the two buildings on Passeig de Gracia, one of the city's main streets. The two buildings are the Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. Entry price to his buildings is fairly modest, around 10 euros. If you can only go to see one building though, make it La Sagrada Familia, which is truly breathtaking.
