Barcelona Guide Spain Travel

Barcelona is on the eastern Mediterranean coast of Spain and while no one goes for its marvelous beaches in March, its average March temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit is comfortable for seeing the many sites of the city and discovering its culinary charms. The city is an architectural delight. Antoni Gaudi designed not only the newly consecrated Sagrada Familia, but many other structures. There are two Calatrava structures here, as well as the famed Fish structure of Frank Ghery. The city is also filled with other historic building and monuments, the Gothic Quarter and fine art museums.
